Our commercial kiln-fired tiles are perfect for outdoor use, they are UV-stable and very resistant to sun, rain, cold and washing.

Our indoor decorative tiles are not recommended for outdoors use (direct sunlight).

Yes! Our ceramic glazes for dinnerware are lead-free and certified food-safe for use in residential and commercial applications.

You can use water or any non-abrasive liquid cleaning products along with sponges or clothes. Do not use abrasive cleaning accessories like powdered cleaners, scrubbing pads, Brillo pads.

Trade Discounts

Any building and interior professionals are eligible to apply (as are art community professionals)! T Chromaco Ceramics offers trade discounts to contractors, tile installers, interior designers, architects, and other building and interior professionals. Please make sure your documentation and business information showcase your work within the eligible professions in order to qualify.

New trade accounts automatically receive 10% off all orders once their account is approved! Higher discounts are available for large Commercial projects and non-profits. Email us at Support@ChromacoCeramics.com for a trade quote.

*complimentary sample orders do not count towards multiple orders.

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for Chromaco Ceramics to review your application and send an approval email. For the quickest approval, please confirm the email address used to apply is correct and matches your business name, and confirm you can receive email from Support@ChromacoCeramics.com to receive the link to activate your account.

Orders & Payment

Small tile and dinnerware projects take 2-3 weeks. Larger projects have custom timelines.

We request a Deposit for orders, and the balance is due upon pickup or when we ship.


We don't install tiles, but we are happy to talk to your installer and answer any questions. We also have a growing resource web page of Certified Tile Installers.

Yes we can! Tiles are safely packaged and can be shipped within the domestic US.

Shipping costs vary widely based on box dimensions, weight and destination. We ship domestic and international orders, and can provide an estimate if you provide the mural size and destination address.

If a tile breaks during shipment, no worries... send us photos of the outside packaging along with the broken tile, and we'll issue a replacement. See our Damages Policy for specific instructions.

If a tile breaks during installation, we can replace exact tiles for a fee.

Returns & Exchanges

All tile projects are custom made for each order and are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable once production starts (typically 2-4 days after receipt of order). Make sure the mural size, tile size and colors are acceptable before ordering - we recommend purchasing small proofs as an option.
